We want you to love your ritual; if you are not completely satisfied with your Tatcha purchase, we offer complimentary returns on all eligible items within 90 days of purchase. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and gently used to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process; a copy will also be sent to your email.
Pack Your Ritual
Carefully pack the items in their original box or any sturdy mailing carton, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package off at any USPS location; once received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
